A body is found floating entangled in a fishing net. A barely functional police officer Mankawski is send in to do a brief preliminary investigation but begins to suspect it was no mere accident. Mankawski’s own personal links to the pretty coastal town means he knows his way round. He quickly realises the dead person has no identifiable links to the town, so what was this person doing here in the first place?
