Banshee (2013)

Banshee, a small town in the United States with an Amişi population, is disturbed by a newcomer, an enigmatic martial arts expert, who takes the place of the recently assassinated sheriff. And he intends to enforce the law, but he has a way of doing it. Moreover, his plans serve only his own interest, not the interest of the population.
