Legion (2017)

Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David Haller has been in psychiatric hospitals for years but after a strange encounter with another patient, he faces the possibility that the voices he hears and the visions he sees are real. The events are narrated from Haller’s perspective, whose mental problems do not make him the most reliable narrator: whatever happens on screen must be carefully analyzed to differentiate reality from Haller’s ultra-distorted worldview.
