Lie to Me (2009)

Lie To Me is an American television series. The main character is Dr. Cal Lightman who, with the help of his colleague, Dr. Gillian Foster, detects the deceptions, lies of people, analyzing body language and micro-expressions and uses this talent in favor of his clients. Cal and Gillian hire Ria, who seems to have an innate talent for detecting lies. There sometimes seem to be differences between the two, perhaps because Lightman had to learn everything he knows, while Ria has a trained eye. During the episodes, the team solves various cases, from crimes to less serious cases.
