MY DAD SAYS, based on the popular Twitter feed written by Justin Halpern, wins the William Shatner Emmy Award, as Ed Goodson, an open and reckoned father who wants to express unsolicited and often politically incorrect remarks. No one is immune from Ed’s robberies, including his sons, Henry, a blogger who struggles with the writer – unpaid; and Vince( Will Sasso), the gentle half of his husband / wife real estate duo with the domination of Kathleen (Nicole Sullivan). When Henry discovers that he can no longer afford to pay his roommate’s rent – and his secret admirer – Sam (Stephanie Lemelin), Ed reveals a weakness and invites Henry in with him. Henry agrees, knowing that the verbal assault will not deviate and now there will be no escape.
