Sick Note (2017)

When Daniel Glass is misdiagnosed with a fatal disease, he begins to notice how everyone around him treats him better. Then he discovers that he has been misdiagnosed by the most incompetent oncologist on Earth and that he now has a big decision to make: to come clean and go back to the old garbage life or to keep claiming to be sick.
