The Bastard Executioner (2015)

The new FX project is described as a medieval drama that tells the story of a fourteenth-century warrior in the service of King Edward III whose life changes forever when, overwhelmed by the horrors of war, he decides to give up the fight. Eventually he is forced to break his oath, the violence and terror that follows leading him back into battle, turning him into an executioner.
